Libraries and Universities

Assicurazioni Generali - Group's Libraries
Established in Trieste soon after the Compagnia was set up, the Central Library has 30,000 publications on insurance, law, economics, actuarial mathematics and statistics, published between the mid-19th and mid-20th centuries; the Biblioteca A. Donati, created in Rome with the establishment of the INA, has 32,000 publications and 250 journal titles.
Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Library
The Davis Library is located in New York, in the School of Risk Management at St. John's University, and includes the world's largest collection of risk and insurance-related literature, policies, and documents useful for the study of risk management, insurance and actuarial sciences.
Library of Congress
The oldest cultural institution in the USA and the richest library in the world with over 120 million works including more than 18 million books, 54 million manuscripts and 12 million photographs. Fifty per cent of the holdings are in English, the rest are divided among 400 different languages.

Goldsmiths' Library of Economic Literature
This is the University of London Library's largest and best-known collection. It contains a range of works of particular importance to economic and social history: over 66,000 books, pamphlets, periodicals and manuscripts from the 15th to the 20th century.
